Who do you believe Jesus is and on what do you base that belief? List the facts that particularly help you know that He is God.
[ugh, what a tough question to answer succinctly ... here goes?] I have a longing - a sense that I can't see everything - there is more to know than what I can see, hear or feel - there is something greater; greater than living and greater than dying - there must be a God somewhere. I find Jesus' words and actions give the clear and accurate portrayal of God. [This will need more elaboration I know] Since I've found Jesus' portrayal of God to be believable [hmm sounds like a blog is needed to look at what Jesus said about God] I believe all He says. Jesus says He is God and I do believe Jesus is God.
[the clock has run out on me for this response but I will have to add to/clarify it as time goes on]

Lesson 1 - Question 2 'What Others Said About Who He Was'
His enemies:
The Jews (John 10:33)
[Well, first of all, "the Jews" are not Christ's enemy. Jesus is a Jew. The scripture reference speaks to how the religious Jewish leadership, evidenced in verse 31, say about Christ.] They said Jesus blasphemed for saying He is God. They said He is a mere man.
Judas (Matthew 27:3,4)
Judas said Jesus was an innocent man.
Pilate (Matthew 27:22,23)
Here Pilate says Jesus is called the Messiah and also infers that Jesus committed no crime.
The Roman solider (Matthew 27:54)
He said 'truly, this is the Son of God.'
